House prices are sorted in $ 10,000 increments up to $ 100K, then in $ 20,000 increments up to $ 200K, then in $ 100,000 increments there after.

Note that the most houses have sold in the $ 200K to $ 249K range, and in the $ 300K to $ 400K range, which also has the largest inventory available on the market as of August 2007.
