Paul Silver
Owner, General Manager
Paul comes to Focus Professionals, Inc. with a varied background in business, entrepreneurship, legal and financial background, and with extensive experience in investment property management and finance. He runs the day to day operations of the several companies that make up the Focus Professionals, Inc. group of real estate enterprises.
In addition to running the day to day operations of the companies, he is also in charge of the property management services for Focus. The company manages more than 400 units of residential and/or commercial property, including the properties owned by he and his wife, Mandie Sullivan.
Paul is also in charge of the Asset Acquisition and Foreclosure Prevention Services subsidiary of Focus, and along with Glenn Russell, aids owners of distressed property resolve issues of foreclosure and short sales, and assists clients wade through the complexities of recent government aid programs for people with mortgages in excess of the value of the property.
Paul Additionally manages hard money lending on behalf of the Focus group of companies, via Waterfront Finance.

Paul's extensive educational background includes degrees in Linguistic Anthropology, Developmental Economics, Public Affairs, Law, and much later, in Marine Biology and Education.
Paul was raised in a family business, which was owned and operated by the family until 1985, when it was sold to a public corporation. The business was active in the petrochemical industry, particularly in plastic processing and compounding, and remains a leader in the industry today.His career spans a wide range of business endeavors, from law, to software development, to real estate. He spent time in Africa both in graduate school and professionally, working with several tribal groups developing industry and assisting in US private investment in the minerals, metals, and petroleum industries.
Paul's hobbies and interests include photography (see www.PaulSilver.com ) in which he has photographed subjects ranging from fashion, wildlife, underwater, adventure, and architectural topics, as well as kayaking, cross country skiing, mountaineering, scuba diving, cycling, back packing and hiking, and sailing. He is also an avid musician, playing several instruments, including bass, guitar, and piano.
